Sciatica
Sciatica is common problem amongst men and women of all ages. The Sciatic Nerve is the longest nerve in the human body and runs from the back of your pelvis, through the buttocks all the way down both legs and ends at the feet. When the Sciatic nerve is compressed or if you suffer from a tumour or slipped disc it can cause pain, numbness, a tingling sensation that runs down your leg and through your toes. The pain can range from a mild discomfort to very painful which is made worse by something as simple as sneezing and sitting down for long periods of time. Although it’s rare, these symptoms can be a sign of a serious condition called Cauda Equina syndrome.
